You can use the templates for home and commercial projects (hence public blogs) to use for free as long as you do not remove the link to hpvorlagen24.de.
The passing of such sale or publication in the download archives on CDs / DVDs or other media is prohibited.

and nu? I guess php is not clear with the subdirectory.
